Seth Bladimirsquy, 51, of Greenwich, was arrested around 9:29 p.m., Friday, March 22, after allegedly assaulting the driver outside of the Greek Kitchen on North Water Street, said Greenwich Police Lt. John Slusarz.
According to Slusarz, Bladimirsquy approached the driver after parking near the restaurant.
During the encounter, the police report says Bladimirsquy shoved the person and grabbed his jacket in a way that restricted his breathing. Due to the way the victim was grabbed he was left with marks around his neck and with a scratch on his arm, police said.
Bladimirsquy was charged with assault, strangulation and disorderly conduct.
Bail was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 5.
